Because each Bay Branded item is made specifically for you, our return policy is a little different from big-box retail — but it’s fair, straightforward, and honest.
Made-to-Order Notice
All Bay Branded apparel is made to order. For that reason, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or normal wear.
What We Do Cover
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item or design sent)
If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
We’ll make it right.
Sizing & Fit
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, as each item is produced specifically for your order.
What Is Not Eligible for Return
• Worn or washed items
• Items damaged through use or improper care
• Orders placed incorrectly
• Final sale items and gift cards
If it’s been worn, weathered, or worked in — it’s not eligible.
How to Report an Issue
Email us at support@baybranded.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo documentation
We respond within 1–2 business days.
Refunds & Replacements
• Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that show signs of wear, misuse, or abuse of this policy.
